Check-in takes place between 15.00 and 19.00. Early access to rooms can only be offered subject to availability. Later arrivals need to be notified ahead of time for further information regarding codes/keys.
 

Check-out takes place no later than 11.00. Late check-out can only be offered subject to availability. If the bill is paid the night before or at breakfast, you can leave the room keys on the go! Any receipt/company invoice can be emailed.

You are welcome to leave your bags with us at the reception and collect them again during staffing hours, both before check-in and after check-out. We are not responsible for any valuables or fragile luggage.

Our delicious breakfast buffet - signed by Restaurant Tegel - is included with each overnight stay. Served 08.00-10.00 all days. Room service can be booked in advance at an extra cost (limited number of bookings).

In packages where dinner is included, a table is reserved in the restaurant (on the day of arrival). If dinner is not included in your package or when you are staying several nights, we recommend that you book a table well in advance to guarantee a place. We will get back to you by email.

We collaborate with Klarna, which means that you can choose which payment method suits you best when booking online. On site we accept cards (Visa/Mastercard) and Swish. Corporate invoicing must be approved and confirmed in advance.

Entrance to our spa is included in many of our packages, see respective package contents. Access time may vary. If you have made a booking without Spa access, you can add it on site, subject to availability.

It is recommended to book well in advance, preferably in connection with the room reservation. See our Treatment Menu.

We offer Day Spa with or without breakfast, lunch or dinner, bookable directly on the website. Please contact us for inquiries about larger groups. 
 
 

There is a limited number of parking spaces outside the hotel. These cannot be reserved. Additional parking options are available 150 meters around the corner right by the beach. (Please note the signage that during the summer it is not permitted to park there at night).

Most beds are 160 cm wide. The room type Deluxe Double Room has a 180 cm bed and Double Room has a 140 cm bed. Our beds cannot be separated. If you don't want to sleep close together, you simply book separate rooms.

To check in and to use our spa, you must be at least 18 years old.

Valid photo ID in psysical form for scanning and bank card in your own name must be presentable at check-in.

We do not offer extra beds - a maximum of 2 people per room applies, no children as the hotel has an 18-year age limit for both overnight stays and spa visits.

Under the menu tab Find Us you will find a map and information for car, bus, train and flight.

We have two rooms of the room type Large Double Room that can be booked for a dog as an add on option in step two of the booking (when these are available).

At breakfast, gluten- and lactose-free as well as vegetarian options are offered. Any food allergy should be communicated to the on-site restaurant staff who will do their best to accommodate each need. Please also note this in the message box in the online booking.

White sandy beach 150 meters footpath from the hotel - several bathing piers, one of which is 190 meters into the water, volleyball court, beach kiosk, outdoor gym, toilet, shower, exercise loops etc.

We cooperate with our nearest neighbor Rya GK (6 min drive), Landskrona GK and Vasatorp GK. Choose a Spa Package and add on Greenfee as an option in step two of the booking process or book a Golf Package directly and select the desired course in step two. Price varies accoring to season and respective course.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to work in the room and we can arrange a small extra table for you.
 

Iron and ironing board are available in most rooms. Otherwise, notify the reception and we will bring it for you.

Available in the room, you set the code yourself. Larger items can be kept locked up by the reception if needed. Collected/dropped off during the reception's staffing hours.

The entire hotel is non-smoking.
Smoking may only take place outside in designated areas. Should the room/hotel need to be extra sanitized after your stay, a sanitization fee will be charged.

We have generous booking conditions and in many cases free cancellation and rebooking possible close to the arrival date. Extra cancellation protection can in some cases be purchased in connection with the booking. See terms and conditions for each booking/package.

The safety and security of our guests and our staff is always top priority. We of course follow all laws, restrictions and recommendations and expect the same from you as a guest. You can keep your distance and we have extra focus on disinfection of contact surfaces.
